FROM 2002, THE MAGAZINE THAT TRAVELS AROUND THE WORLD, BECOMING YOUR FREE WEBZINE!

For more than 30 years, the Italian technical magazine “Pasticceria Internazionale” has supported pastry chefs, chocolatiers, gelato makers and chefs always aiming at the evolution and improvement of the professional sectors. In June 2002, the first issue of “Pasticceria Internazionale World Wide Edition” (PIWWE) came out, with the initial purpose of exporting Italian culture and know-how. The perfect tool to further enhance the artisan world as well, which, throughout the years, is becoming a free webzine dealing about pastry and cuisine with no boundaries.

PIWWE is a magazine which speaks English with a proud Italian accent; it is not an identical version of “Pasticceria Internazionale”, but a “daughter” belonging to the same family (Chiriotti Editori), with a similar DNA, but completely autonomous from the stylistic and graphic points of view, in order to meet the exigences of the English-speaking target.

This exciting project took shape on the occasion of the World Pastry Team Championship and World Pastry Forum (July 2002, Las Vegas). In that context PIWWE was presented with a very big success. And that was only the beginning. The free webzine and the magazine can reach all the continents through a net of renowned opinion makers, professional schools, pastry and gelato makers, chocolatiers and chefs.

This product is the result not only of the passion and work of the editorial staff, but also of the active support granted by many companies and businesses, deeply appreciating the sector and believing in the high quality promotion.
