The International Congress for World Chefs
26-27-28 November, 2017, Grimaldi Forum Monaco
The Chefs World Summit takes place on 26-28 November at the Grimaldi Forum, Mocaco, under the High Patronage of HRH Prince Albert II.
Among the 24 participating Countries selected for the grand finale of the Bocuse d’Or, The United States imposed their supremacy in Lyon after 5 hours and 35 minutes of tests.
Chef Mathew Peters masterfully composed with the two imposed tests: “Bresse chicken with shellfish” presented on a tray with two accompaniments and a “vegetal dish” served on a plate highlighting vegetables.
In becoming the new president of the Bocuse d’Or contest Jérôme Bocuse follows in his father’s footsteps. As a member of the International Organising Committee since the beginning in 1987 he has a perfect knowledge of the contest, and has always been involved in the development of the event.
It promises to be the finest international conference dedicated to the chefs from around the world. The countdown has just began.
From 27th to 29th November, 2016, the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco will host the Chefs World Summit, in partnership with Gault&Millau.
