Just wait for the stunning cereal pralines at the heart of his innovative chocolate collection. Not to mention his range of iced treats… A new assortment of make-your-own choc ices awaits, with his latest ice cream pots completing the summery offering.

Quinoa, sesame, spelt, barley and seasonal fruits… these summer superfoods have been transformed into astonishing chocolate cubes in a range of colours.
Two dreams, two versions: a cereal praline and smooth ganache combo, or a duo of cereal pralines with caramel.

Barre2 Chocolat
The now-legendary chocolate bar, launched last September by Pierre Marcolini, is also getting a cereal praline and citrus fruit makeover (Photo above).
Two versions with plenty of zing and crunch are on offer: Crunchy sesame praline and yuzu caramel, coated in white chocolate, and Crunchy pearl barley praline, lemon and pink peppercorn caramel, coated in fondant chocolate.

Maison Pierre Marcolini is relaunching its range of make-your-own esquimau choc ices. The idea? Let your imagination run wild as you choose your favourite ice cream/topping combo.
New this season: white sesame ice cream and four freshly created toppings. Treats for both the chocolate experts and the grand cru novices – just bring your sweet tooth.
4 ice creams (Vanilla, Chocolate, Caramel and new White sesame), 2 sorbets Mango and Raspberry, and 6 toppings. To choose from Milk chocolate and almond, Dark chocolate and cocoa nib, and the new Milk chocolate, toasted hazelnut and fleur de sel, Smoked dark chocolate, White chocolate and toasted coconut, White chocolate and toasted sesame.

Marcolini also presents 5 new recipes join the Frisson Collection, 3 of which are available in a 1-litre XXL size that is the perfect way to brighten up a summer dinner party.
