Carpigiani Gelato Pastry University celebrates its 5th-year anniversary with a masterclass series

The first masterclass will be held on November 13th with Otto Tay, pastry chef and member of the Malaysian team that won the Pastry World Cup in 2019.
It will be followed by a second class on November 17th with Francesco Boccia, pastry chef and member of the Italian team that won the Pastry World Cup in 2015.
An additional 3 episodes are scheduled for 2021
